How to Data Refresh:

Before you do Data Refresh, please download the latest version of the game on: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.crazy.snake

Please go to Settings and click the ⚙️

Tap “Data Refresh” and wait for the email confirmation.

After tapping the data refresh you should check first if it’s successful by tapping the yellow bell “🔔” icon.

After confirming that the data refresh is successful you need to close the app and clear its cache. After doing that open the app again after 5 minutes.

Doing the data refresh fix NFTs stuck at confirmation, NFTs not yet received and other minor visual bugs.

You can now see your assets in-game.
